About Stephen Ford

As Director of Futura Healthcare, I work hand and hand with healthcare professionals to develop and execute technology roadmaps and strategies. My expertise in the roll out of mobile technologies that impact patient care reaches back since the infancy of point of care EMR utilization. As we continue to bring technology close to the bedside and even into patients' hands, it is critical that we make sure the solution we implement achieves the goal of improved patient outcomes as well as address the realities of clinical workflows and safety for both patients and caregivers. Being a part of Futura Healthcare umbrella gives me the opportunity to optimize workflow in countless spaces throughout the hospital. In addition to being a value added reseller with the ability to customize our offering to any technology deployment, I am a technology advisor, workflow consultant and resource optimizer. Strong relationships with all major manufactures and being completely “technology-agnostic” ensures each solution is custom made for our customer's unique environment which has proven to maximize success. I take great pride in my work and approach each customer as a relationship I intend to maintain for years into the future, simply doing what I commit to and being someone that can be relied on has proven to go a long way in building long term relationships.
