A highly experienced international affairs professional specialising in innovation in peacebuilding, non profit leadership, and qualitative research methods, with previous roles bridging practical, policy, and academic domains. 18 years of mostly field-based experience spent developing and implementing inclusive, human-centered approaches to peace and development in settings of violent conflict. Experience working in professional and advisory roles for a wide range of multilateral organisations, governments, NGOs, academic institutions, and private companies in more than 30 countries. Particular expertise in inclusive, participatory, systems and complexity-based methods, design, and facilitation. An experienced author, political adviser, facilitator, trainer, researcher, podcaster, lecturer and mediator, and former executive director of the social enterprise Adapt Peacebuilding. Currently also finalising doctoral studies at IDS, exploring questions related to power and complexity in violent to peace transitions.
