I’m an entrepreneur whose career spans across the realms of business, education, and military service, blending a rich diversity of experiences. Leading Social Media for Schools UK, I’ve been at the forefront of enhancing engagement between schools and their communities, drawing on insights from my book “Social Media for Schools.” At Hermes Digital UK, I’ve developed tailored digital communication services for high net worth individuals, executives, and political figures, prioritising their digital security and presence. My educational journey is underscored by a dedication to teaching excellence and continuous learning. As a Specialist Leader of Education and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures & Commerce, I’ve been honoured with the Kent Teacher of the Year award in 2018 and again in 2021. My involvement with the National Centre of Excellence for the Teaching of Mathematics led me to Shanghai, enabling me to collaborate with some of the foremost educators globally. Volunteering has allowed me to extend my impact into education, the military, and the political sector. I founded British Veteran Owned to support veterans in establishing sustainable businesses. The creation of the Invicta National Academy, in response to the Covid pandemic, highlights my commitment to making education accessible. Furthermore, as Treasurer of my local Royal British Legion branch and through my public role on the Veterans Advisory Pensions Committee (South East) for the Cabinet Office, I advocate for the welfare of veterans. In the political sphere, I founded Conservative Friends of Education to voice educational aspirations within the Conservative Party and lead Union Blue UK, a centre-right think tank advocating for positive employer-employee relations. My engagement as an Approved Conservative Parliamentary Candidate and Chairman of the Folkestone & Hythe Conservatives Association reflects my dedication to contributing to political discourse. My background in the British Army, serving in the Intelligence Corps, has imbued me with a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and leadership. I remain committed to empowering veterans, collaborating with organisations like Deloitte, Forces in Mind, and the Officers Association to foster a positive narrative around veterans. I am genuinely dedicated to leveraging my skills and experiences to positively impact education and the military community, as well as my local community.
