I have over 15 years comprehensive experience in Data Analytics and Reporting. I have worked with several high-profile key stakeholders including the BBC, Fujitsu and the Ministry of Defence where exceptionally high standards were required. I also have extensive expertise in dealing with confidential and restricted information. I am passionate about being forward thinking and always strive in supporting continuous change and improvement in data and reporting methodologies and committed to promoting data as a means to influence decision making, drive discussions and identify areas for improvement through trending, forecasting and statistical performance analysis within an organisation. I am highly creative when it comes to data analytics and reporting outputs and have strong technical attributes, primarily in SQL, Power Apps and DAX, which I use to extract, transform and manipulate large, complex and varied datasets into relevant and easy to digest outputs and always look to present information in the most relevant visual media whether it be data tables, matrices or charts across a variety of self-service Dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to drive insight, trending and improvement discussions. I have strong interpersonal and team leadership skill with the ability to build respectful, trusting and influential relationships with stakeholders of all levels which allows me to lead discussions on continuous improvement in the data and reporting landscape, set and manage expectations and priorities and provide advice, support and training to all levels of staff to help them thrive in their own careers.
