About Stephen Kane

Stephen M. Kane is President of Rich May and his legal practice concentrates on corporate, commercial, securities and financial matters. His complex and diverse practice embraces all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations and other business ventures, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, intellectual property, employee relations and compensation, finance, lending and real estate. He represents corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including the health care, software, venture capital, construction and video interactive technology industries. He served as a member of the Business Law Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association from 2004-2007. He served as President and on the Board of Directors of Newton North Little League, was a member of the Board of Directors of Newton Girls Basketball Association. Mr. Kane also served as President of Columbia Alumni Association of Boston.
