With over 10 years of experience in pastoral ministry/leadership, I am passionate about being a leader who continues to adapt and grow as I lead others to do the same. I have experience leading youth ministries, young adults ministry, worship ministry, and leading at an executive level within a church. I have also spent time working cross-culturally supporting Christian education, primarily in the South Pacific in places like Indonesia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands. In studying a Global Masters of Business Administration through Macquarie University, I am excited to see how current business practices can be used within the church context to help shape the organisational structures and policies within churches so that they can function with integrity in society. Outside of work, my hobbies include playing cricket, swimming, playing or listening to music, reading fiction novels, and exploring the great outdoors.
