About Stephen Li-Fun

My biggest strength would be my adaptability and eagerness to learn. I love tackling a problem by analyzing and breaking that problem down. I look to find a solution from every perspective while considering all the various factors. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping individuals resolve their issues and seeing the smiles and relief on their faces. I am motivated by an eagerness to tackle challenges that require me to think critically and creatively. I thrive in roles that require me to delve deep into challenging problems, devise creative solutions, and implement strategies that deliver meaningful results. Once a solution is found, I love having the chance to take another look at it to see if there are ways to optimize it to make it more efficient. Having the opportunity to work on projects that demand innovation and analytical rigour not only sharpens my problem-solving abilities but also fuels my development for growth. I have a huge passion for anything technology-related, from the physical hardware to the software side. Technology advances at such a fast rate that sometimes it's hard to keep up with it, but there are always new things to learn and implement. Mixing my desire to help people as well as my passion for technology makes me look towards HRIS as a way to blend both human resources and technology. Looking ahead, I aspire to find myself in roles where my analytical skills are used to their fullest extent with opportunities for me to learn and grow as an individual.
