With a career spanning over two decades, I have cultivated a diverse skill set in corporate finance, property development finance, portfolio management, financial risk, business relationship management, risk management, and banking. These experiences have equipped me with unique insights and expertise, which I am now applying to the dynamic and evolving property development industry. My tenure in the financial sector includes a variety of roles in Bank of Ireland and laterally in PTSB. My foundational years at Bank of Ireland were particularly formative, where I progressed through several key positions, notably as a Senior Relationship Manager in Business Banking for Dublin South. This role sharpened my skills in specialist property finance, complex portfolio management and credit and risk management including impaired/non-performing credit facilities, highlighting my adeptness at navigating financial challenges and risk mitigation. More recently I held the role of Business Banking Manager at PTSB, where I was responsible for developing financial solutions that catered to the unique needs of business clients, enhancing their financial health and strategic positioning in competitive markets. This role, alongside a brief yet impactful stint in education as a teacher at Ballsbridge College of Further Education, has broadened my perspective on finance, education, and business development. Educationally, I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Banking from University College Dublin, among other qualifications including a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Transformation in Financial Services and a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice. These academic achievements have provided me with a deep understanding of the financial landscape, preparing me to tackle the challenges and opportunities in the real estate development sector.
