I have worked for Bradford Council for 5 years. I have spent 3 years working on the Council Tax Enforcement section and two years working for the in house Bailiffs department. During my five years experience in this debt recovery environment I have spent the majority of my time negotiating repayments with individuals who have accrued a debt with the Council. Ranging from the collection of Council Tax and Business Rates, to the collection of parking and traffic fines. I am a hardworking and driven individual, currently working from home. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and I feel these contribute to my excellent negotiation skills. On a daily basis I correspond with customers either over the phone or in writing. As a representative for Bradford Council I am committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
