About Stephen Rose
Professor Rose has over 25 years’ experience in clinical R&D within the academic sector along with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia’s national science agency. He works closely with clinicians developing the next generation of molecular imaging and therapeutic platforms targeting oncology, neurodegenerative and brain development disorders. Before joining AdvanCell Isotopes, Prof Rose was director of a CSIRO Future Science Platform driving innovation in the Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals sector, including the development of innovative diagnostic platforms and novel theranostics for improved delivery of radiopharmaceuticals for difficult to treat cancers. He has recently joined AdvanCell Isotopes as Head of Clinical Development. AdvanCell is a clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company developing next generation Targeted Alpha Therapies (TAT) for the treatment of cancer. Prof Rose is part of a dedicated team developing and translating new lead (212Pb)-based radioligands to the clinic and market.
