About Steve Defruscio

A results-oriented, accomplished executive with a broad background in healthcare, I have over 25 years of management experience in a variety of positions. As a leader and a colleague, I am known for my strong communication skills and creative problem solving, and I am well respected for my ability to influence and guide key stakeholders to achieve mutual goals. When faced with complex issues, I work with all levels of management to create operational and clinical solutions, and maintain a leadership style that is value-based and motivational. I have overseen the development and operations of multiple product lines, with responsibility for the development of business plans, negotiation of management contracts and supervision of efficient daily business and clinical operations. I have successfully managed annual net revenues in excess of 150 million and led teams of professional executives and support staff totaling over 650 employees.
