With deep expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks—including CER, AER, ER, and U.S. federal and state agencies—I’ve led the full lifecycle of compliance for major infrastructure projects, from permitting and audits to incident response and due diligence. I’m passionate about translating regulatory complexity into actionable strategies that support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. In parallel, I’ve successfully led corporate development and M&A integration projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive seamless transitions and value realization. From pre-transaction planning to post-close execution, I specialize in aligning people, processes, and systems to deliver results. On the commercial side, I identify and lead business development and optimization initiatives that leverage existing infrastructure to drive growth. I work across asset groups and with external stakeholders to evaluate facility performance, build business cases, and sponsor capital projects from concept to in-service.
