Currently working in the charity sector with a thriving performing arts charity that serves its local community by providing a wide range of opportunities to people of all ages and abilities. Recent previous roles have included the development and oversight of an assessment and management service designed to identify and mitigate risks associated with security and threat in the UK. This includes the development of a culture of security and resilience across working environments. Experienced company director. Providing risk and compliance oversight in the insolvency industry advising on, implementing and managing financial solutions for individuals across the UK. Extensive business and commercial experience, specialising in providing premium client-focussed services. Has been invited to comment on insolvency issues by the national media; television appearances for BBC News and SKY News, radio interviews and articles for print press including The Guardian, Financial Times and The Independent. Prior to his work in the insolvency sector, Steve worked as a teacher for several years, receiving specific recognition from the OFSTED national team of inspectors for his work in education. He worked in a range of schools offering support with the provision for children with special educational needs and those children for whom English is a second language.
