Experience spans project work in mining, oil & gas, forest industry, ports & marine, transportation, and water and wastewater. Technical expertise developed as an engineering consultant through planning, design and construction of ports and marine projects in Canada, the USA, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Executive-level experience in all phases of Design-Build and for transportation projects, primarily ports, bridges and transit systems: team formation, win plans, tenders, risk management, commercial negotiations, oversight, execution, management of the operations and maintenance period. Involved in over 30 such projects since the mid-1990’s. Develops strategy, creates compelling vision and builds teams aligned to vision. Fosters collaborative business partnerships.
