About Steven Litzinger

Steven Litzinger has spent twenty-five (25)+ years in workforce development, working in a variety of increasingly responsible roles and multiple programs across three (3) Florida Regions. He currently works as the Director of Continuous Improvement in Region 10 where he oversees Continuous Improvement Initiatives, the Region's Net Promoter Program, Wagner Peyser Program functions, the Veterans Program and Ticket to Work. Daily he works to create, oversee and manage WIOA compliant day to day continuous improvement initiatives. He also monitors operations in Region 10’s Business Services Department. He strategically plans and implements processes and procedures as a means to serve Region 10 job seekers and employers. Steve provides policy guidance and trains staff on the full range of Continuous Improvement, Wagner Peyser and Labor Exchange programs and issues.
