About Steven M. Kushner

Steve is a partner with Fellows LaBriola LLP, and is an AV-rated, experienced trial attorney. He handles complex litigation matters and works with his clients on litigation avoidance. Steve represents plaintiffs and defendants locally and nationally in state and federal courts in all manner of business disputes, including contracts, business torts (e.g, trade secrets and restrictive covenants), copyright and trademark infringement, fraud and shareholder disputes, and real estate related litigation. Steve is also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. After graduating from The University of Michigan in 1989, Steve received his J.D. from Emory University in 1992 where he served as the Director-in-Chief of the Moot Court Society, was a member of the search committee for the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, was selected a National Member of the Order of Barristers and was selected by Emory to appear in Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities. Steve has been listed in Georgia Super Lawyers 2005 through 2025 and in 2008 through 2011 was among the top 100 lawyers in Georgia, as measured by the highest point totals in lawyer nominations, research and the blue ribbon review process. Steve has also been included in Georgia Trend's Legal Elite as one of Georgia's most effective lawyers, as selected by his peers.
