In ten years as a full-time leadership and career coach, I have helped hundreds of senior and mid-level leaders connect with their unique strengths and make a greater impact. I have enjoyed coaching clients in North America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and East Asia. Prior to coaching, I got my start as a speechwriter to the CEO of a large tech firm in Tokyo. I have spent over 15 years in corporate communications, working closely with senior leaders, helping them communicate more clearly.
