Steven is a young international civil servant in the development space who is resilient, efficient, and values unorthodox, creative problem-solving techniques through quantitative and qualitative methodologies combined. He believes every problem has its solution, so there is no such thing as an impossible task. He strongly believes in the collective power and potential of multilateralism, rooted in mutual respect and common prosperity. As a young professional at the International Monetary Fund, Steven aspires to leverage his skills in research, strategic communications and political advocacy, business analytics, and project management to deliver real and tangible impacts in communities and societies. His short-term goal is to grow his professional experience in Washington, D.C, and his long-term goal is to become a globally-minded citizen and professional who can connect people, opportunities, and ideas from across the world. When Steven is not busy, he likes to unwind by playing classical Chopin pieces, practicing ballroom dancing, or enjoying a good book. He is also an avid globetrotter, amateur photographer, cook, and tennis enthusiast.
