2009-present U.S. Department of State - Embassy Mexico City - Political/Military Officer - Responsible for the Political/Military, security, counterterrorism, and interagency portfolio- Liaison for 20(+) law enforcement agencies and reported on all operational and strategic security issues in Mexico - Lead officer for National Level Exercise (NLE) 2009. NLE09 was a cabinet level, multinational and multiagency counterterrorism exercise. Coordinated all law enforcement and intelligence agencies at post and guided the Government of Mexico on their first international exercise. Received Embassy and Department recognition - 2005-2007 U.S. State Department – U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa - NIV Chief - Responsible for 6 FSOs and 7 FSNs and 3 EFMs-received superior honor award- As a Naval Reservist at Embassy Tegucigalpa, worked closely with the Milgroup transformational engagement emphasizing small quick reaction units capable of combat and humanitarian assistance operations. General Electric - Manager in charge of research and development for land based gas turbine repair. Responsible for 20 engineers,$17-20MM budget, and $40MM in sales. Responsible for the development of 40 U.S. and international patents and awarded 5 personal patents and GE Company engineering innovation award. Responsible for all export control and ITAR regulations for development products. Responsible for rollout of technology to 7 U.S. and international repair centers. Military Reservist - 2005 - Reserve Center Greenville, SC – Officer in Charge of enlisted intake unit and fitness coordinator for a 300 person Reserve Center - 2005-2007 – Reserve Center Greensboro, NC – Operations officer for Joint Task Force 300 responsible for supporting reserve support to military operations in SOUTHCOM and Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa
