Currently, I serve as a Service Delivery Manager at Skills Development Scotland (SDS), where I have successfully led significant projects such as the delivery of Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) and the transition of the SDS Contact Centre from an outsourced provider to an in-house operation.
