Held the posts of Sales Director, Operations Director and HR Director, giving me a unique blend of business skills and experience whilst bringing considerable direction and influence, developing teams and strategies for overall business improvement, with a people and customer centric approach. Whilst being involved in Business Consultancy I have worked both nationally and internationally with a diverse range of companies, from a variety of market sectors including property, construction, financial services, leisure, hospitality, technical engineering, IT and software development. With a long held belief that organisations are only as successful as their people I have spent a large proportion of the past 20 years helping companies with their people challenges.
