Over 20 years experience of negotiating, managing and delivering large and complex contracts with both customers and suppliers in both the public and private sector. Experienced in Commercial contracts, subcontract and Bid Management / Business Development and worked in multi varied environments negotiating and delivering contracts for hardware rollouts, software, services, outsourcing, consultancy, Managed Service, integration and support for some of Europe's biggest clients in Government and Private Sector both in the UK and abroad. In this role I have held responsibility for the following: Commercial (drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution, advice and guidance)- all legal matters. Contract Management and compliance across the entire Seetec estate. Business Development: Our function here manages the pipeline of future opportunities, agreeing strategy and approach to such with our colleagues across the business and then manages the bidding process through to successful outcomes. Health and Safety: delivering Health and Safety support across the Seetec Group, owning responsibility for our Environmental Sustainability plan and our accreditations in ISO45001 and ISO 14001. Estates and FM: management of our entire estate across the Seetec group, providing all site search, negotiation, set up and site management and facilities management support activity. PMO: Change & project mgmt across the group using Prince 2 methodologies to deliver multiple, complex, projects.
