As a Vice President at TPD®, a leading workforce and HR solutions provider, I oversee the growth and profitability of TPD's Manufacturing & Semiconducty industry focus. I am driven by the mission of helping people succeed and businesses perform, and I bring a diverse and inclusive perspective to the team, leveraging strong HR expertise and a background in financial management. In my current role, I work collaboratively with the sales team to build and pitch sales plans and value propositions that attract new clients and retain existing ones. I also strategically align client needs with TPD's service offerings, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, I am responsible for the integrity and design of TPD's talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and talent marketing practices, ensuring consistent execution of proven processes and quality standards. I have successfully hired, trained, and developed a high-performing team of managers and recruiters, and I have contributed to multiple initiatives and projects that have enhanced TPD's brand, culture, and performance. Some of my key achievements include being a finalist for the Rising Star award in 2019, attaining the CPHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and implementing several process improvements and system enhancements that have increased efficiency, profitability, and accuracy.
