About Stuart Jeffery

I currently work part time at the University of Kent, do a little consultancy and am a councillor. Ten years in executive director roles on NHS boards (acute and commissioning) plus tactical commander for NHS Kent and Medway during wave 1 of covid, all of which we preceded by ten years as a manager and ten years as a clinician was a truly interesting experience and one that started to help me understand healthcare and the NHS! But my experience is wider than that, as I’m sure all our experiences are. I have been a green activist for nearly 40 years and for 12 years I studied the philosophy of creativity, relationship, insight and leadership based on Nature (Druidry.). I am now currently working on a podcast and exploring creativity, health and healthcare to identify ways that these can be delivered not just sustainably but regeneratively. I have a love of consultancy and coaching, of building and supporting teams, and of helping others grow and to relate more to the world of which we are part.
