About Stuart Oliver

Programme Facilitator at Humberside Probation Service. Prior to this I worked as a project coordinator at the Tigers Trust which involved working 1:1 with young people who have been identified at risk to criminal or sexual exploitation. I worked with the young people to help educate them on such topics as well as support them into positive activities in the community. I spent five years working for the Health and Wellbeing team at the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. In my last role as an assistant play and community engagement officer I co-ordinated the positive lifestyles programme which aimed to reduce anti social behaviour across targeted areas in the region. This work was done in various ways, including mentoring young people and educating them to make better decisions. I have been lucky enough to live, study and work in the United States and Canada, something which I am very proud of. I have witnessed the power sport and physical activity can have on individuals and communities and I am passionate in helping people become the best versions of themselves.
