I am a PRINCE2 Accredited Project Manager and APMG Accredited Change Manager with extensive experience in the Local Government sector successfully delivering Transformation Projects and Programmes across Children's Social Care, Adults Social Care, Environment & Transport and Economic Development. The following Programmes and Projects below represent a selection of my experience: Development of new Short Breaks Offer – I led this wide-ranging programme of work which involved co-producing a consistent Short Break support offer with parents, carers, and children to deliver improved outcomes and financial sustainability for the service going forwards. Development of a Nottinghamshire wide devolution strategy – I led work to develop a proposal and business case which sought to identify key areas where the County and Districts could align more closely, share services and build a case for devolution. Implementing Asset Management (IAM) – I led on defining this programme of work, ensuring that the workstreams were properly scoped with accountable delivery leads, that the vision and forward plans were accepted by the key stakeholders, that the anticipated benefits were mapped and that the baseline position was defined to enable the programme to move forwards. Defining Children & Family Services for the Future (DCFSF) – I am currently leading on the Project Management Office (PMO) function for this complex programme to transform Children's Social Care service provision to ensure the department meets the evolving needs of our Children and Young People, and delivers optimal outcomes for Children, Young People and Families. Additionally, I have a wealth of commercial experience across multiple sectors with strong communication and analytical skills combined with the ability to provide constructive challenge to help clients achieve their objectives.
