What has driven Subham throughout his professional career choices and roles is impact. The impact that his work can create and the real business value he can deliver to stakeholders working with him. He is wired to structurally think-through business problems, over-indexes on time-bound execution and brings heart to everything he works on. He is currently working as the Strategy Head for a listed pharma company RPG Lifesciences (part of $5bn. RPG conglomerate).As part of his childhood, he grew up in Kolkata and scored an All India Rank with 98% to be the highest scoring student from his district. After joining SRCC, he became part of batch-highest 17 societies while winning 21 case study/ debating competitions travelling across India. At BCG, he consulted a leading telecom giant on BCG India's largest cost transformation project. Thereafter, he worked with a global steel client on a $3 bn. capacity expansion project. Among others, his longest project was working on end-to-end digitization of a leading public sector bank, where he helped build India's first Digital Kisan Credit Card, launched by Union Agriculture Minister.His passion led him to join CEO's office at Abbott India where he worked on multiple strategic projects.
