Have progressed from a Trainee Industrial Engineer to CEO’s position in small to mid size companies in fields as diverse as Metal to Pharmaceuticals with a dash of IT and Education companies. With an excellent grip on Production, Marketing, HR and Working finance, I am well equipped to contribute and achieve the corporate vision of various stakeholders. A Six Sigma Black belt. 40 Years of Industrial experience. starting with Tatas as an Industrial Engineer, worked my way up to reach the positions like COO,Executive Director and CEO and have worked in Metal, Engineering, Pharmaceutical (Dosages and Empty Gelatin Capsules) and Pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing industry. Have undertaken projects from Conceptualization to Commissioning that includes a Pharmaceutical Project of Rs. 250 Million in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. Have been teaching Marketing Management subjects for more than a decade at premier institutes. It has also been great experience working as a Corporate Trainer and Academician.Have been a Honorary faculty with M.S.U (Vadodara), Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan, Baroda Management Association, IGNOU, and as a Director Academics and Administration at Sigma Group of Institutes. Recently got certified as Six Sigma Black Belt from International Academy for Certification and Training (IAct)
