About Sudeb Kumar Biswas

I am an education professional with 20-year experience in education programmes in several national and international organisations. Strategic planning, program design and management, program implementation and educational research are the key expertise areas of my professional career. I have got keen interest and expertise in teacher professional development approaches, early grade reading/learning, interactive pedagogy and training & facilitation. I have been passionate in designing and implementing Teacher Research and exploring it as an effective tool for ongoing professional development of teachers and teacher educators. The use of ICT in education is another area of my interest, especially in the context of blended learning and using ICT for teacher's learning and classroom use. I have proven skills in liaison, networking, advocacy & negotiation.
