I am a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by a certificate in Pathokinesiology. My diverse experience spans program management, youth education, athletics coaching, and healthcare support, showcasing my ability to adapt and excel across various fields. As a CEO at the Rising Athletes Chase Education Foundation, I lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with organizational goals. I build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams while recruiting and mentoring emerging leaders to equip them with the skills needed for future success. Additionally, I serve as Head Coach for the Rising Athletes Tumble Gym, developing and implementing training programs to support athlete growth and performance. In my role as a Youth Educator with Philly BOLT, I engage and inspire young people through educational programs that promote leadership, advocacy, and personal development, helping to empower the next generation with valuable life skills. My background also includes community outreach leadership with Nike and volunteer medical support roles in Haiti and at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine. As a former Division 1 college athlete and team captain at the University of Pittsburgh, I bring advanced leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a passion for mentoring and empowering others. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I continuously seek opportunities to grow professionally while fostering positive change in the communities I serve.
