With a career spanning over 10 years, I bring a unique combination of expertise in both Quality Assurance and Java Backend Development. My journey began in Quality Assurance (QA), where I spent 5 years honing my skills in black-box and white-box testing, using a variety of testing tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. My role evolved over time, and for the past 5 years, I have worked as a Java Backend Developer, where I combine my deep understanding of testing practices with hands-on development experience in building scalable, robust backend systems. In my earlier years as a Quality Specialist, I focused on- Writing and executing functional and non-functional tests- Designing automated test scripts for web SuccessFactors Platform applications - Using testing frameworks like TestNG, and Selenium to improve efficiency- As I transitioned into backend development, I specialized in building applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, alongside extensive knowledge of testing methodologies including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and end-to-end testing. This dual background allows me to approach development with a keen eye for quality, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Scrum Master - As a Scrum Master, I guide teams in adopting Agile practices and Scrum methodologies to enhance collaboration and deliver value. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and coach teams to improve continuously. By working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, I help prioritize work and ensure alignment with business goals. My focus is on creating a high-performance environment where teams can thrive and deliver impactful solutions. I am passionate about leveraging my testing background to build reliable, high-performance backend systems while embracing new technologies and continuous learning.
