About Sumit Loute

As a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a Lean Six Sigma Foundation certification, I have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the R&D of oral solid dosage form, topical dosage form, and complex injectable products. I have gained extensive experience in diverse and innovative regulatory environments, having worked on project delivery teams across different geographies. My objective is to strengthen project management teams in pharmaceutical organizations focusing on the global market, utilizing my technical expertise in product development, regulatory affairs, and IP aspects. Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all lifecycle projects. I ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP, law, SOPs, HSE, and Code of Conduct. Closely supervise each project to ensure that they remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. Hands on experience in vendor management, contracting with third parties, and inventory and material management. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my performance and awarded for my exceptional work. I have excellent communication skills, am a quick learner, and can efficiently work with project management tools such as MS Project and Gantt Pro.
