My goal is to build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and translating them into tailored solutions, while also contributing to the success of my team and organization.[Summary] As a System Architect at Fast Retailing, I lead the design and development of Supply Chain Management systems to enhance operational efficiency. My current responsibilities include leveraging AI technologies to automate development processes and improve productivity, as well as managing offshore development teams in Vietnam to ensure quality delivery and team capability growth. Prior to joining Fast Retailing, I worked at Red Hat as a Solution Architect for the Financial Services industry, where I focused on customer engagement success through Red Hat’s open-source solutions and consulting services. Earlier, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I served as a Project Manager and Infrastructure Engineer. I also have experience as a Web Application Developer and Technical Liaison at a system integration company, bridging collaboration between Japanese and Korean teams.
