My career has spanned nearly every corner of the education ecosystem—from direct student support to executive leadership—giving me a deep understanding of how systems, teams, and people grow. Over the years, I’ve coached leaders and visionaries committed to driving meaningful change. I draw on my background as a school psychologist and my strength as a communicator to design spaces that are both transformative and practical. Whether facilitating a team retreat, leading professional learning, or consulting on strategic initiatives, my focus is always on translating big ideas into aligned, actionable impact. As a former Executive Director, I led district-wide efforts supporting the social and emotional well-being of over students and guided a team of 20 professionals through complex, human-centered work.
