As the HR Lead for the Manufacturing Cluster at Ind-Swift, I am responsible for driving the entire spectrum of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HR & OD) functions across our key manufacturing units. My core responsibilities include: • Strategic HR Planning: Aligning HR strategy with manufacturing goals to enhance workforce productivity and operational efficiency. • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Leading end-to-end recruitment for plant operations, ensuring timely deployment of skilled manpower across production, QA/QC, engineering, and support functions. • Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations: Fostering a positive work culture through structured engagement initiatives, grievance redressal mechanisms, and maintaining harmonious labor relations. • Learning & Development: Driving technical training, GMP compliance programs, and behavioral workshops to build capability at all levels. • Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and supporting plant leadership in driving merit-based recognition and improvement plans. • Compliance & HR Governance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory obligations, and corporate HR policies. With a strong focus on operational HR, my role bridges the gap between business needs and people priorities—ensuring the plant ecosystem remains agile, compliant, and growth-driven.
