Regarded by others as an empathetic, passionate and client focused employment counsellor who takes pride in acting as a motivational and inspirational leader. Clients have reflected back that the time that we spend together has been dramatic and extremely positive in their lives. We work together to determine their goals and set them up with a system to achieve them, based on their values, interests, needs and abilities. As a New Canadian, there are specific challenges that you meet and are experienced with, and my own journey of coming to Canada has been wonderful and exciting and that is a special experience that I can bring to clients that have immigrated to Canada. As an active board member of the Iraqi-Turkmen Association of London, working with the local New Canadian population has been extremely exciting. Doctors, engineers, nurses, teachers, and other highly educated professionals have worked with our Agency and myself to choose the right career path for them in Canada. Guiding, counseling, instructing and working with clients is what I can provide – realizing success from our conversations is what clients experience.
