I am a CIPD HR professional with over 30 years’ experience, providing practical and pragmatic HR support to SMEs throughout East and West Sussex. The HR Dept, Sussex-by-the-Sea prides itself on giving local and personal HR advice and support that is tailored to each client to help them prevent people problems.
