Head of Business Development leading the London and East of England Partnership Team at Academy21. Academy21 are the UK's leading online provider of alternative education. I work with MATs, schools and Local Authorities to help them deliver quality, academically focussed alternative provision to their young people who are unable to access the mainstream classroom. I have been working in education for 10 years and with an Education Leadership background, I pride myself on an empathic and fully consultative approach with my customers, working in partnership with them to provide solutions and best value. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to my customers and working with them to develop their alternative provision needs by building strong relationships. I work with my new and existing customers to find the best fit solution and best value commissioning option to suit their circumstances and budget and review this with them at regular intervals. Academy21 is part of the Inspired Education group – the UK’s leading provider of live, interactive online teaching, working with schools and local authorities to deliver quality alternative provision. We have been awarded over 30 local authority framework agreements for alternative provision. Each framework is reviewed annually, and quality assured every year by each individual authority. Lessons are delivered live by fully qualified, experienced subject specialist teachers who lead learners in real-time lessons. I have a Level 4 Diploma in Special Educational Needs which enables me to connect with understanding to senior leaders and Heads of Service seeking to commission provision.
