Over 30 years’ experience in successful Marketing & Sales of IVD and related high-quality products - mostly in a specialized niche market, which need more explanations. My scientific background provides the competency to give relevant add-on benefits to my business partners, including to keep and grow IVD business partner & scientific KOL network in area of immunology, autoimmunity and cancer. My focus territory is DACH and Europe, always working for international operating companies, having own R&D and production facilities. Over 10 years experienced to be very reliable, self-dependent interface between a local German entity and headquarters in other countries (e.g. Sweden, today New Zealand). Specific experiences: Expanding and optimizing existing business. New product market preparation and introduction, find the early starters, initiate clinical performance studies with academic groups. Establishment trusted relationships with patient self-help organisations. Building up effective distributor networks in Europe, streamlining existing ones, close cooperation, intensive sales support by training and joined customer/KOL visits. Leading small, motivated Sales and Operation teams. Always looking for process improvements to be more efficent. What skills make me successful? I am the operationally active person, with high sense of responsibility, always curious about new people, open-minded to grab new opportunities and to make the best out of challenges.
