About Sushmitha Manohar

Experienced in various sectors of the construction industry for about 4 years. Started as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in a prestigious Road cum rail double-decker Infrastructure project of BMRCL followed by SHELL petrol pump station project where I participated and contributed in planning and monitoring works in an infrastructure firm. Also, a couple of Internships in BMRCL and in an Interior designing firm during my Graduate & PGP which focused on Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR. Worked as a Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of working in luxury Real Estate industry which helped to understand Real estate market & business related to it. Job function includes Project delivery to Clients, negotiations, Sales management, Lead qualification and Client engagement were my part of work. Started working as a Manager in Construction higher education industry, where magical outcomes have been reached & at present, Heading the Programme Outreach department. When I'm not on job, I indulge myself in the nature beauty traveling around with family and friends, practicing yoga and working my way through every recipe in the family cookbook.
