About Susie Combest

I began my career in business, earning BBA degrees in Accounting and Economics. For over 30 years, I’ve worked in the bridge (card game) industry — a space I know and love — and I continue to enjoy helping people connect through the game. But for years, I felt something was missing. While I was successful and proud of what I’d achieved, I wanted to do more — to make a more personal impact. That desire led me to health and wellness coaching, and today, I’m grateful to be doing both. Here’s the truth: I’ve been where many people are. I’ve struggled with how I looked and how I felt. Despite being active and athletic, I never felt truly healthy. I tried all the diets, all the workouts, all the pills and quick fixes. I’d lose weight, only to gain it back. Even at my lowest weight, I didn’t feel better — physically or mentally. There’s no magic pill for wellness. But with the right habits, mindset, and support, real change is possible. I’m proof of that. In less than a year, I lost 50 pounds and gained a level of energy, confidence, and clarity I’d never experienced before. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. As a health and wellness coach, I’m here to support others in building sustainable habits that lead to lasting change — physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you’re ready to take that first step toward a healthier, more empowered life, I’d love to walk alongside you.
