Operation and maintenance of Turbine Generator Excitation System. Power and distribution transformers maintenance of 110KV/11KV, 66KV/11KV and 11KV/440V transformers. Routine test in stand by generators, Emergency gensets and battery maintenance. Maintenance of Electrostatic precipitators Synchronization of TG with E.B. Reading electrical drawings, interconnection charts. Preventive maintenance and servicing of all types of starter modules. Maintenance of trouble shooting and rectify in industrial motors. All types of industrial and domestic lighting systems. Schedule maintenance of Transformer and HT yard. Attend the HT and LT line break downs. Field Experience 110/11 KV Switch yard. 145 KV SF6 Circuit breakers. 10/12.5 MVA Power Transformer. 500 KVA & 750 KVA DG sets. 12 KV *10 Nos of VCB. LT Motors up to 670 KW. Variable Frequency Drives 200KW, 600KW, and 670KW. Role as an Engineer Provides input to preventive maintenance plan for maintenance Perform regular routine and maintenance of all Electrical equipments. Preparing daily report running maintenance and periodically by weekly routine maintenance and material purchase list and Co- ordinate with Senior Engineers on important jobs in all disciplines. Processing of daily work schedule in order to carry out the day to day preventive & breakdown maintenance activities and co-ordinates of other related fields. To supervise in Shift jobs and carryout the running maintenance, periodically routine and preventive maintenance jobs. Man power and material management and Co-ordination with management and client.
