Early Help Team Manager 2021 to present. I'm proud of my team and their tenacity to improve children's lives. Working to strengthen further the Early Help offer to children and families in Cumbria. Working with Cumbria CSCP to improve Early Help processes and paperwork for our families and workforce. Working with the Children and Family Partnership to embed whole family Early Help. Improving reporting systems to show impact of support for children and families. Working with partners to audit Early Help Assessments, celebrate what is going well and strengthen further. Development of Early Help Champions within our workforce, parents and children. Working with Focus Family Team to evidence the journey of support and the difference this makes for families. Working with our Family Hubs Team. Working with our Police colleagues to strengthen the Early Help offer after police call outs to domestic abuse incidents. Working with our GP practices to identify where Early Help could support children and families.
