I am a multi-lingual (French and Spanish) professional with over 30 years’ experience as an Executive/Business Assistant for international organisations, where I have gained a breadth and depth of business experience across multiple industry sectors and cultures. Throughout my career I have successfully managed and delivered many complex international projects while also providing right-hand business support at C-Suite level, managing, co-ordinating and influencing the day-to-day business lives of senior executives and the wider team. My passion for language combined with a practical philosophy enables me to help and support people to live their best life. As a qualified British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Therapeutic Counsellor I have many years’ experience of counselling and coaching others, particularly in areas of grief, life change, and living with loss. My approach to my work at the ICEO combines my skills and expertise with compassion and empathy enabling me to work with our clients from the start through to the end of their unique career transition journey. Outside of work I enjoy dance, hiking, live music, philosophy and art.
