I am passionate about my work and like to go the extra mile to deliver the desired goal in the agreed upon time. My personal goal is to deliver a high quality of service. When the situation allows, I like to do this with a sparkle of humour. With my many years of experience as office manager next to administrative, facility and sales support departments, I possess a wide range of organizational and support skills. My colleagues, managers, internal and external customers describe me as a service-oriented, accurate, positive and experienced colleague. I am a quick study for new things, I am flexible and can work well both independently as well as part of a team. I am always focused on expanding my personal development and skills. I have extensive experience as the head of the company emergency response team. Over a period of 8 years I have guided the ERT team to a higher level of quality. In addition, I have gained experience in QHSE, under my supervision the audit for the ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 has been positively finalized and the certificate was obtained in 2020.
