About Suzanne Soares

I approach every aspect of my work life both in the corporate and non-profit world with pure intention, recognizing that each human interaction is equally a learning and teaching opportunity. I strive to bring the best of every area of my own experience and learning to daily interactions with clients, co-workers and cohorts. The sum of my life experiences to this point have taught me the power of collaboration. While my work experience is diverse, it has given me a broad skill-set and wide range of proven abilities. Overall, to this point the arching theme of my career is Leadership and Sales. As a leader, I strive to motivate others, build self-confidence, improve communication and management skills, use creative and innovative thinking, develop perseverance in the face of failure, take risks while still being open to change, and maintain levelheadedness in times of crisis. When it comes to building and fostering relationships, I utilize my signature strength of social intelligence to understand what makes others tick. Being comfortable in conversations at any level of an organization has given me the tools necessary for success. I continue to seek ways to add value to my community and beyond through various philanthropic endeavors, community volunteer efforts and initiatives that drive change.
