About Suzanne Weber

Suzanne is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Development Guild/DDI. She feels the most important aspect of her job as CEO is providing DG/DDI’s staff and consultants with the environment, plans, tools, and colleagues needed so that they have the opportunity to do their best work at Development Guild, with our clients, and building best practices and knowledge in the field. Suzi began her consulting work with a focus on planning and analysis, later using these planning approaches and tools to inform the development of the firm’s fundraising and executive search services. She has led over 100 executive searches, many of which have been conducted as part of long term client relationships. Her executive search and talent management clients have included Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Cohen Children’s Hospital North Shore-LIJ, Family Continuity, Greater Boston Food Bank, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Melton Foundation, Museum of Science, Boston, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Partners Health Care System, Pine Street Inn, Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, and Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Suzi received her M.B.A. from Simmons School of Management in 1982. She feels her first training and early love of organizations came from working with her inventor father and her mother for their water treatment firm, Heller Labs.
