Over the course of my career, I have built expertise across critical areas such as sterile manufacturing, regulatory compliance, product development, and operational excellence, making me a valuable contributor to the advancement of injectable therapies. Currently, I am working at Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd, where I am responsible for overseeing key areas like Quality Assurance, Production & Formulation Development. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, in full compliance with global regulatory bodies including the US FDA, EMA, and WHO-GMP. Before joining Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd, I had the opportunity to strengthen my technical and operational skills through various roles where I gained valuable experience in aseptic processing, lyophilization, new product introductions, and facility optimization from Hetero Labs Ltd. My hands-on approach in sterile injectable operations has helped me develop a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical landscape. I am a strong advocate for continuous improvement and actively contribute to initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma practices, and automation projects that drive operational efficiency and product excellence. I take pride in my attention to detail, my commitment to regulatory compliance. Academically, I hold a Master’s Degre in Pharmacy from Biju Patnaik University of Technology,Odisha, complemented by certifications in areas such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Validation, Project Management, or Regulatory Affairs. I also participate regularly in industry workshops and technical conferences to stay updated with the latest innovations in sterile pharmaceutical science and manufacturing technology. Outside of work, I am passionate about healthcare innovations, patient advocacy, sustainability in pharma, clinical trials, drug and its applications along with pharmacovigilance.
