Liaise with various departments within Novartis to process intercompany invoicing Effectiveness of standardization and process improvement initiatives Possess experience on BPA activities like Balance sheet reconciliations, Reimbursements, Own drug Invoicing and Refunds from head quarters. Evidence preparation and submission for Financial management controls controls Providing training to new joiners in team Subject matter expert for payments Working closely together with Trial Monitoring and GDD Finance ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction. Identifies areas of improvement, enhancement, efficiency gains in process Transition & Project management Experience: • Handled 60 countries in transition of activity reimbursement and standardizing the process globally • Worked under PMO role in transitioning 9 non SAP countries to implement ACT system for investigator payments process. Achievements: • Received Star Award thrice in 2021-till date • 2 Opex (Operational excellence) certifications for Improvement ideas provided.
