Hi, I am Swathi Arasu, a Master’s student in Data Science at Northeastern University, passionate about building impactful solutions at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and product innovation. Previously, I worked as an ML Research Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I developed LLM-based solutions for insurance clients, optimized chatbot engagement by 40%, and managed large-scale datasets with 99.9% data integrity. Currently, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in NLP and Data Mining, I guide students in applying methods like transformers, RAG systems, and classical ML models to real-world challenges.
